Grief Recovery Program
The Grief Recovery Method program is an action-oriented program that allows you to consciously move through the pain of loss. Grief is about the things we wish we'd done better, differently, or more. It's also about our unrealized hopes, dreams, and expectations. This evidence-based program guides you how to address over 40 different kinds of losses.
Through a combination of mindfulness, Hakomi, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I help individuals heal from trauma. Trauma is anything that is encoded in terror and can include; sexual violence, domestic violence, being in unsafe or unstable environments, neglect, or verbal abuse.
I have advanced training in Play Therapy, and have my certification in Level One Theraplay. I work mainly from an attachment lens, and support caregivers in strengthening their relationship with their child, addressing behavioural issues, anxiety or depression, divorce or separation, or trauma.
